Idea Entity, was honored with the prestigious Inc. 500/5000 award for 2012 and 2011. Ranking 2,850 in 2012 and 1,293 in 2011 for our previous three year revenue growth during some of this county’s toughest economy in recent history.

Seattle Business Magazine – Top 100 Places to Work

Idea Entity has been one of the Top 100 Places to Work as ranked by Seattle Business Magazine in four of the last six years, being named to the Top 100 in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013.

Each year the Seattle Business Magazine surveys employees and management throughout the state of Washington. The results compare employee’s perceptions and satisfaction among companies of similar size and industry to arrive at the top 100. We believe in taking care of our team members through responding to their needs, competitive wages, and work life balance through flexible hours. We strive to maintain a culture of personal accountability, employee empowerment, culture of independent thinking, fair performance standards, while sharing of good or bad news without fault finding. King County Executive’s Small Business Awards

The King County Executive’s Small Business Awards began in 2011 and is dedicated to celebrating the importance and the  accomplishments of small businesses throughout King County.

In 2012, Idea Entity was a fortunate to be one of the finalists for 2012’s Minority Business of the Year. This award recognizes the minority-owned businesses that have attained outstanding business achievement and have made significant contributions in King  County.
