Idea Entity to Modernize Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office Through Innovative Automation

[Herndon, VA] - 3 Oct 2023 - In a major stride towards enhancing and expediting the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office's (DAF RCO) critical processes, Idea Entity, in partnership with Government Acquisitions, Inc. (GAI), is honored to announce being awarded a multi-year contract. The agreement aims to automate the contract acquisition review board and Programs, Plans, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) processes, ensuring that the DAF RCO can deliver its pivotal services more efficiently and effectively.

The DAF RCO, renowned for developing, acquiring, and fielding critical combat capabilities through non-conventional avenues, aligns impeccably with Idea Entity's mission. The entity is notable for accelerating the development and fielding of select Department of Defense combat support and weapon systems, a task of paramount importance in maintaining and enhancing our nation's defense capabilities.

"Our alignment with DAF RCO's mission is not just in technological aptitude but is deeply rooted in a shared understanding of operational efficiency and rapid deployment. We're committed to ensuring that our RhyBus automated workflow and business process capabilities not only meet but surpass the speed of need for DAF RCO," said Jason Greager VP of Sales at Idea Entity.

The project underscores an unwavering commitment to deliver an all-encompassing tool that integrates DAF RCO's requirements, funding, and authorized team members into a single, seamless business process platform. And notably, the RhyBus platform shines in its operational compatibility, requiring no separate Authority to Operate (ATO) to deploy on Federal O365 and SharePoint OnPrem environments, thereby offering a streamlined solution for organizations that are lean and operationally focused.

For Idea Entity and GAI, the end-goal of this initiative goes beyond the successful implementation of the project. It signifies a commitment to providing a tool that ensures DAF RCO can continue to execute its pivotal role in developing and deploying critical combat and support systems, ensuring that the US maintains a strategic edge in its defense capabilities.
